RebornPass offers a certification and traceability system for reborn kits and reborn babies through digital passports with unique codes (QR and NFC). Using the platform implies acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy.

3. User accounts

Professional accounts (sculptor, distributor/store and reborner artist) may require identity verification and administrator approval.

5. Correct use of the platform

RebornPass's own content (texts, design, logos) is protected by intellectual property legislation. The photographs you upload remain yours, but you authorise us to display them in your passports and on your public profile.

7. Liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Authenticity verification is based on the information provided by the participants in the chain of custody.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the website with sufficient notice.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Méntrida shall have jurisdiction.
